Believe it or not we are planning for 2012 already and there a few areas that we could use some help with. If you enjoy social or golf event planning, understand handicaps or like outreach work with sponsors, then we'd love to talk to you! Volunteering is a great way to have fun, meet new people, and contribute to the success of our chapter. One of the greatest volunteer honors that this Chapter has is our Devine O'Connor Award. It was established in 2003, on behalf of our founders Mary Pat Devine and Suzanne O'Connor. Golf Season is Almost Here - Want to Get Ready to Play? Upcoming Clinics (indoors) to help you shake off the rust from winter, with instruction from John Neet, PGA Professional: Fundamentals - Irons: Thursday March 8 Fundamentals - Woods & Driver: Thursday March 15 Fundamentals - Putting: Thursday March 22 Sign up in advance for one, two or all three, first come first serve. Each clinic lasts one hour (6pm to 7pm), is limited to 6 participants (minimum of 4), and will include video analysis/feedback. These clinics are being offered in partnership with Golf Galaxy, and are FREE to those EWGA members who register in advance with EWGA via e-mail to : marycorr@att.net .
